New Guide to Volunteer Training Published

SCLL has implemented a new system for submitting required training certifications and published a step-by-step walkthrough on how to be become an approved volunteer from start to finish.

Getting volunteers properly certified and approved has often been a point of friction for our volunteers and the league alike, and this new guide and submission system aims to make that a smoother process. It will also make it easier to identify returning volunteers with previously submitted and up-to-date certifications, so there's no need to repeat the process where it's not necessary.
