Public Comment and Closed Session Information

A designated portion of each regular meeting is set aside for public comment. Participants wishing to speak must register prior to the start of the meeting and limit their remarks to three (3) minutes. The Board reserves the right to establish guidelines to maintain decorum and ensure orderly proceedings.

At times, the Board may vote to move into closed session to discuss sensitive matters such as personnel or legal issues. Any motion to enter a closed session must state the purpose and will be documented in the meeting minutes. Discussions during closed sessions are limited to the stated topic.
